Our services
What We Do:
We support the full project lifecycle from initiation to close out. Supporting the development of the business case, the associated commercial strategies; through to ensuring stakeholder alignment with the appropriate governance structures and the documentation of the associated project success drivers.
We develop an understanding of the larger business and market environment to ensure the project and business plan is robust and flexible. Working with project and business leadership, the project charter is developed and agreed aligned to business drivers and success criteria defined.
Supporting the cost, schedule and risk profiles through commercial strategies that align with the challenges of execution; both technical and implementation.
Our support is both strategic and executional:
What we have done
Set up of local entity in the Dominican Republic to support the execution of a mining mega-project.
Full commercial management of the local entity including all oversight and management of governmental and client relationships, legal and financial reporting requirements, and supporting workforce labour requirements.
Renegotiation of a major oil and gas contract in Nigeria between a super-major and local engineering, procurement and contraction management contractor. Due to changed economic and legal circumstances; a lucrative contract was renegotiated from being one with an essentially captive execution arm for the super-major to a more typical supplier of choice relationship.
Involved transforming the execution team to being competitive and commercial and changing the relationship with the client to a more typical client-supplier relationship.
Creation of a commercial function for a UK battery materials entity. Support commercial activities in tendering and awarding FEED and EPCM contracts in support of creating a European cathode champion.
As part of the programme leadership team, re-negotiate an EPCm contract for a large cathode active materials project to incorporate changes in technology, specifications and requirements; whilst managing the risks associated with an execution in northern Europe.
